In 2002, I started a web development company - as a remedy for frustration. I
was developing web sites for various companies, and found that "quality
customer service" seemed to be absent from the industry. As a web designer, it seemed
like every time I really needed support - the "support departments"
of the large companies were nowhere to be found or I was endlessly put on hold. Many of the services claiming better support were
overpriced and still failed to deliver quality customer support or solutions. It seemed
impossible to find a great combination of services, pricing and features. With
that in mind, I set out to build a better company. It started with quality
customer service.

competition. When we look for new team members, we
identify candidates with a talent for taking care of people. Understanding and
keeping up with technology is important, but it takes more than that to become

dedication to our clients. I have met many brilliant technical people over
the years who want nothing to do with clients. Those people have no place with
our company. No matter what the job, it is the responsibility of every

administration, and management. To me, that's the only way to do business.
These are exciting times at Alliance Web Site Solutions. In just the last
year, we have been able to provide our clients with a new customer control hosting
panel, we enhanced and redesigned our web site and added a computer recycle and
reuse project. These things are part of our never-ending quest to continually
improve our services.
